Attendance Roster Options

Attendance Roster Options

There are currently three options for obtaining/providing signed Monthly Attendance Rosters:
  1. Print out the "Daily Attendance Class Roster - Month" on paper and have the teacher take attendance on that sheet.  The teacher then signs it at the end of the month.  Those hours can be put in ASISTS as a monthly lump sum or entered as Daily Attendance
  2. Take daily attendance any way preferred, and enter that attendance as Daily Attendance into ASISTS. Once entered in the Daily Contact Hours interface of ASISTS, the "Monthly Class Roster - Populated from Daily CH" can be printed for the teacher to sign
  3. Use the Excel download spreadsheet version of the "Daily Attendance Class Roster - Month", have teachers fill that in electronically, and print out the result at the end of the month.  Teachers should sign that printout. Those hours can then be put in ASISTS as a monthly lump sum or entered as Daily Attendance
