Missing Personnel from Primary Instructor Drop-down

In order for a Personnel name to appear on the Primary Instructor drop-down:

 

  1. The “Position” listed for the teacher must include “Teacher” or “Tutor” as part of their responsibilities
  2. the teacher’s MOST RECENT status must be listed as “Active”
  3. AND there needs to be a “Certification” entered.

 

The possible choices to answer the Certification question requirement are listed in the Release Notes for April 2020 (Release 13.3), and in the ASISTS User Manual, starting on page 18 (Personnel Information> Additional Required Fields section).
