Student Profile not Loading or Same Student appears

Usually clearing the Cookies and Cache in your browser should eliminate this issue.

NOTE: clearing cookies/cache for longer periods of time (7 days or more) is more likely to solve the problem than clearing it for the shorter amounts of time.

You can clear cookies for just ASISTS in Chrome by going to:

> Chrome Settings
      > Privacy & Security
            >Site Settings
                  > View Permissions & Data Stored Across Sites
                        >asists.com
                              >clear data for any/all cookies

Please note: Chrome is the preferred browser for using ASISTS, and Edge is acceptable.  Firefox is not reliable with ASISTS and seems to continue to have this problem even after clearing the cookies & cache.
